Book Signing at Honolulu Museum of Art

The "Clark Little: The Art of Waves" book signing event at the Honolulu Museum of Art (HoMA) took place on Friday, May 20th. Thank you to the museum and their staff and everyone who attended. Special mahalo to musician Kawika Kahiapo for the surprise musical performance.

Clark Little will be holding his first book signing event for his newly released book Clark Little: The Art of Waves at the Honolulu Museum of Art (HoMA), Museum Shop on May 20 (Friday) 5:30-6:30pm as part of the museum’s special HoMA Nights events in which the museum stays open until 9:00pm. This is Clark's first public event in over 2 1/2 years.

Books will be available to purchase for $40 as well as a very limited selection of artwork on display in the Museum Shop. There will be no museum admission charge for those only visiting the Museum Shop for the book signing.

Various covid safety protocols will be in place including having the signing table outdoors (weather permitting), social distancing, hand washing stations and other measures to help create a safe event environment. A select number of pre-signed books will also be available for those choosing not to stand in line.

ABOUT HoMA NIGHTS

 “HoMA Nights” is a special opportunity on Friday and Saturday nights to explore the Honolulu Museum of Art (HoMA) until 9:00pm – listen to local live music, stargaze in any of six courtyards, stroll the galleries to see the latest exhibitions, enjoy hands-on art making activities for all ages, nosh on bites and beverages in HoMA Café, check out local artisan pop-ups in the HoMA Shop, and more. HoMA Nights admission is $20 for general admission adults, $10 for Hawai‘i residents, and free for Hawai‘i state university or college students and keiki under 18. There will be no museum admission charge for those just visiting the Museum Shop for the Clark Little book signing.
